BULK LPG UNDER/ABOVE GROUND TANKS INSTALLATIONS

Aegis Technical team undertakes Bulk LPG installations on Pan India Basis.

  • Bulk installations are undertaken for meeting monthly LPG requirement of ≥100 MT/month.
  • Explosive’s license from PESO is mandatory.
  • It is mandatory to secure “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from local authorities.
  • Such projects require relatively larger area for installation.
  • High investment goes in the storage system.
  • Periodic audit and training by Aegis technical team while handling bulk installations.
  • Bulk LPG tankers used for LPG supplies and hence requires minimum handling.

Aegis Magna cylinders provide an innovative solution to serve customers with very large energy requirements. It comes with a dual option of liquid and vapour offtake and with inbuilt safety devices like Safety Relief Valves, Bleeder Valve, Rochestor Gauge, Ball Valve, etc. It is designed for enhanced safety and confirms to OISD 162 and IS 6044 standards.   • Peak Offtake: highest quantity of LPG required when all possible equipment are
    simultaneously consuming LPG at their peak rate.
  • Average LPG requirement per day, per month and/or per year
  • Location of the customer with respect to our supply source
  • Servicing frequency for customer
  • Availability of space at customer location
  • LPG end usage parameters i.e like specific pressure and flow requirement etc.

INSTALLATION AUDIT & SAFETY TRAINING

  • LPG Installations need regular checking and maintenance for best efficiencies and as a preventive measure to avoid accidents.
  • Aegis has its dedicated inhouse technical team to conduct periodic installation audits and preventive maintenance for its contractual customers.
  • Periodic safety trainings are conducted for customer’s operators to ensure adherence to safety compliances.
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) options also available for regular upkeep of LPG installations.
